Tia sat in her room looking over the few items she normally carries with her. This was just a quick trip to the Barony, so she really didn't need to take much, yes?
Who knew with Arainyn though. Sometimes he held court at the oddest times. Sometimes he just...didn't. With a small sigh, she picked an extra change of clothes and packed it in a small bag. She told herself that it would have to do.

Walker has been looking forward to this trip for a few months now, so he was more than excited when Tia told him where they were going. The first thing he did was run out to the market and but a new set of clothing. One that he would never wear while adventuring, especially with the amount of money he spend on it. It probably is not that expensive, but compared to the 5 copper, or 1 silver things he usually buys, it cost a fortune. he put that in his backpack. He also bought enough beef jerky to last him a month. that was put in the backpack as well.
When he gets back to the room, he sees Tia already packed, so he went up to the pile of folded clean clothes in the corner of the room and put a few in the backpack. He straps his sword to his belt, and throws his bow over his shoulder.
"Are you ready?"
He says that as he adjusts the slightly bigger than normal backpack.

She smiles as he walks in, this would be a fun trip with Walker. Seeing that he was ready to go, she made looked around the room one final time before grabbing Vengeance and throwing the little bundle she had over her shoulder.
"I think so. Do you want to walk or find a carriage?"

"Walk"
That was a natural reaction. Walker has always preferred to walk, but right now, he didn't know if he had enough food to last the entire trip. He didn't want to take any chances. Yea he knew they would not starve, because if they ran out of food Tia would just Russel up some grub. And that is what Walker was trying to prevent, because she would make him eat them....
"unless... you would rather have a carriage....."

She shrugs, not really caring either way.
"You know, maybe we should get a carraige though. Otherwise you may not see much of the Barony before we start walking back."
With a playful wink, she walks out, grabbing her shield off the floor on the way.
"Let's go see if we can find one, yes?"

"that works"
Walker heads out of the door with Tia. As they search for a carrage, He buys a half pound of mixed nuts, just to be on the safe side.

It doesn't take long before they find a carriage for hire, and after handing over a few coins as payment, Tia steps up inside and settles In for the ride.

Before walker follows her, he opens his backpack and pulls out two small pillows and puts one down on the wooden bench they are trying to pass as a chair and hands the other to Tia. THEN he gets into the now cushioned carriage and also gets comfortable.

She smirks at his preparations, but takes the pillow and follows suit. Clealry he was the bestest squire EVER.
The driver watches as they settle, and once finished, the carraige slowly rambles off toward Drakemyre.
