Hello all!
First of all, I am paying for the website to be temporarily transferred so we have an update and a link to the message boards active by tonight.
Second, here is all the information for this weekend's event.
The event is at Camp Lee Canyon, map is attached at the bottom of this email.
The event starts PROMPTLY at 10am, Saturday, May 13th, at the camp. We will be set up and all ready to go for PC's to arrive. Game starts as soon as you check in, and we will be prepared for such. Game goes until Sunday at 5pm, and we do mean a late 5pm. We have the camp late and will be running all day Sunday, to make up for Friday Night. This will allow for easier arrival for PC's and still provides the same game times as a Fri midnight to Sunday morning game.

Free with current NERO Membership, at any NERO International chapter. 1 event memberships can be purchased from NERO Las Vegas for $5.
PC Prices -
COMMON ROOM TICKET - $45 -
This ticket is a full PC ticket, which includes all applicable full weekend build blankets and lodging. LODGING is restricted to the COMMON ROOM building only, and your bed will be assigned. No substitutions or changes in bed assignments will be available with this price. Protective magics are not allowed in the COMMON ROOM, per In-Game laws. This is the best game price for the new player, eager to see what a real NERO weekend event is about, or the veteran player re-exploring their roots! FOOD IS EXTRA WITH THIS TICKET, and is $10 for the entire weekend, all meals, drinks and snacks included.
TOWNS MEMBER TICKET - $70 -
This ticket gets you a bed in a Guild House or Town Guest house. These rooms can be protected with formal or other magics, as provided by the characters, and MEALS ARE INCLUDED. In-game benefits apply to those who are recognized guests in the City of Lochling, and the District of Salamin.
TAVERN SUITE TICKET - $100 -
This ticket gets you a room in the tavern. Each room has two beds, so it is ideal for the pair of adventurers or couple. This includes access to a semi-private bath and bathroom, includes all meals, and includes Logistics Concierge service. Logistics Concierge service provides a staff member who comes to you to complete your character's logistics needs, between 5pm and 7pm each game day. Each room is has an extended ward, and your character is invested in that ward for the length of your stay. Other In-Game benefits apply to such exclusive guests.
HIGH COUNT'S BARONIAL SUITE TICKET - $125 -
This ticket gets you an exclusive bed in the Baronial Suite, an independent building in the center of town. The building includes a private bath and bathroom, and sleeping for 5-6, including a separate bedroom. This room is great for a couple or group. This ticket includes all meals, a special table reserved for you during the Saturday night dinner meal, Logistics Concierge service which provides a staff member who comes to you to complete your character's logistics needs between 5pm and 7pm each game day, extended ward AND protective circle investments for your character for the extent of your stay, and other In-Game benefits applicable to the most exclusive of guests. ***5 character Special! 5 PC's in this cabin reduce the price to $499, inclusive***
Meal Tickets are $10, and include all meals, drinks, and snacks, including Saturday brunch, Saturday snack, Saturday Full Dinner, Midnight snack, Sunday breakfast, Sunday Lunch/leftovers and such through end of event.
*The camp has a strict -no food in cabin- policy. The good news is we pay to have the cabins cleaned each day, including sweeping, moping and emptying trash. The bad news is NO food is allowed in cabins at all, except for plain bottled water. No other drinks or food allowed. Food is available at all times from the tavern only.
